The Team Connecticut Blue= Jays will be holding open try-outs for their Fall Baseball Program. All players between the ages of 10-12 are eligible to participate.

Try-Out Dates= and Times

Thursday Augu= st 27, 2009 6:00-7:30 PM

Saturday Augu= st 29, 2009 9:00-10:30 AM

Sunday August= 30, 2009 9:00-10:30 AM

The Cost of t= he Try-Out is $100.00

All Players a= re required to attend one of the three dates listed above. All players are wel= come to attend all three. If there are any conflicts please feel free to call and discuss alternatives. Selected players will be eligible to participate in o= ur 20-25 game schedule. There will be a minimum of = one practice per week. Also, players will receive five half hour lessons with Manager Chris Fournier and/or Pitching Coordinator Mike Fournier at The Batting Cage.

The Cost of t= he Fall Program is $899.00

I/we the parent(s)/ g= uardian of the above named candidate, give my/our approval to participate in The Batting Cage tryout. I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation; and I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the Organizers, Coaches, Sponsors, and Adult Supervisors, for any claim arising out of an injury to = my/ our child, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause, except = to the extent and in the amount covered by accident or liability insurance.
